2. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful personal or business purchasing. You must not interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas or misuse another person’s account.
Product information is prepared carefully, but colours may vary slightly between screens and minor product improvements may be introduced without changing the product’s essential purpose.
3. Products and availability
Our current range includes professional nail dust collectors, e-file machines and related equipment. Product descriptions, specifications, colour options, availability and prices are shown on the relevant product page. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before dispatch and will contact you if that affects an order.
Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been dispatched, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. Any delivery charge is displayed before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details.
Voucher codes are subject to their stated dates and conditions, cannot normally be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn where used fraudulently or contrary to their terms.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses shown as eligible at checkout. Estimated timings and charges are explained in our Delivery Information. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to you or a person you nominate.
6. Cancellation and returns
Consumers buying online normally have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving goods. Details, exclusions and the cancellation form are in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or unsatisfactory goods.
7. Warranty, care and servicing
Any manufacturer or Sunshine warranty shown with a product is additional to your statutory rights. Warranty support may require proof of purchase and the product serial number. Damage caused by misuse, unsuitable accessories, unauthorised repairs, neglect or failure to follow care instructions may not be covered.
Please contact us before sending equipment for inspection or repair so we can provide the correct instructions.
8. Customer accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate details, keeping your password confidential and telling us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud or secure the website.
9. Sunshine rewards
Registered customers earn points only after an eligible order is confirmed as paid. The earning rate, redemption value, minimum redemption and maximum order discount are displayed at checkout and may be changed for future purchases. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may not be combined with a voucher code on the same order.
Points used for an incomplete checkout are reserved and returned when that checkout expires. Points earned on an order may be removed if the order is cancelled, refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent. We may correct an obvious points error or suspend the programme on reasonable notice, without affecting a discount already applied to a completed order.
10. Liability
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
Business customers are responsible for assessing whether equipment is suitable for their professional setting, maintaining suitable insurance, following health and safety duties and using equipment in accordance with its instructions.
11. Privacy and changes
We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms when our products, systems or legal obligations change. The terms in force when you order will apply to that purchase.
12. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers may bring proceedings in the part of the UK where they live where the law permits. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint promptly.
