Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer buying online, you can normally tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. You do not need to give a reason. After telling us, you normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

To cancel, email info@sunshineequipment.co.uk with your name, order number, delivery address and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the model wording below.

Returning unwanted goods

Please contact us before posting anything so we can confirm the return address and reference. Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning them. Use suitable protective packaging and retain proof of postage.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund where handling beyond what is necessary has reduced the value of the goods. For hygiene and safety, please do not use e-file bits or accessories on a person if you may wish to return them; sealed hygiene-sensitive accessories may lose cancellation rights once unsealed where the legal exception applies.

Refund timing

For a valid cancellation, we will refund the price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We may wait until the goods are returned or you provide evidence of sending them. Refunds are normally made within 14 days after that point using the original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights are separate from the change-of-mind process. If equipment is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described or not fit for purpose, contact us promptly with your order number and, where helpful, photographs or video. We will assess the issue and explain the appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction or refund remedy.

Do not attempt a repair or send the equipment to a third party before contacting us, as this can make diagnosis more difficult and may affect any additional warranty.

Cosmetic Seconds

Cosmetic Seconds are reduced for the specific appearance issue disclosed in the listing. No additional commercial warranty or voluntary returns policy is offered. This does not affect statutory rights, including applicable online cancellation rights and remedies for other faults or goods not as described.

Business purchases

Statutory consumer cancellation rights do not apply in the same way where you buy wholly or mainly for business purposes. We will still deal fairly with faulty goods and any express product warranty.
