Where we deliver

Online checkout currently supports delivery to valid United Kingdom addresses. If you need delivery somewhere not accepted at checkout, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether delivery is possible and provide a price.

Charges and timescales

Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery costs £4.99 for orders below £99. Delivery is free when your product subtotal is £99 or more. Your basket and checkout show the charge before you pay.

Tracked 24 is Royal Mail’s next-working-day aim after dispatch, not a guaranteed service. Unless another date is agreed with you, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is made. Estimates can be affected by stock availability, weekends, bank holidays, courier disruption or remote-area services.

Dispatch and tracking

Once your order is prepared, its status will appear in your customer account. Where tracking is available, the courier, reference and tracking link will also appear there, and we will send a dispatch email to the address used for the order.

Receiving your order

Please provide a complete and accurate address. Couriers may leave a parcel according to the delivery choices you make with them. Check the package and equipment soon after delivery and keep the packaging until you are satisfied.

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging and product and contact us as soon as possible. If an order is shown as delivered but cannot be found, check any safe place, neighbours and courier updates before contacting us.

Delays or non-delivery

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you using the details supplied at checkout. Your statutory rights apply where delivery is late or does not take place.
