1. Who controls your information

SUNSHINE OFFICIAL LTD, trading as Sunshine Equipment, is the controller of personal information described in this policy.

• billing and delivery addresses;
• orders, products, colour selections, voucher use, payment status, returns and refunds;
• equipment serial numbers, warranties, servicing and support history;
• messages, enquiries, reviews and marketing preferences;
• IP address, device, browser, security logs and cookie preferences.

Stripe processes card details. We receive payment identifiers and status information but do not store full card numbers.

We receive information directly from you, from your use of the website and customer account, from Stripe and delivery providers, and from communications about orders, warranties or servicing.

We may share necessary information with Stripe, couriers, website hosting, email, IT, security and customer-support providers; professional advisers, insurers, regulators, courts or law enforcement where required; and a buyer or successor if the business changes ownership.

Service providers may only use information for the agreed service and must protect it appropriately.

7. How long we keep it

We retain information only as long as needed for the purpose collected. Order, payment and accounting records are normally kept for at least six years. Account, warranty, service, fraud-prevention and legal-claim information may be kept for an appropriate period according to the product life and applicable limitation periods. Expired sessions and one-time security links are removed or rendered unusable.
