What if I need to return a product?

We accept returns on unopened and unused Tools within [30] days of purchase, with some exceptions due to health and hygiene standards. Please refer to our return policy or your products NFC card for more details for returns/warranty on that product all products must be returned with NFC cards relating to that product

  • To keep the heartbeat of your warranty strong for the handpiece, let's pamper it with a professional check-up every 6 months. Our certified engineers are ready to give it the TLC it deserves, with a small service fee applied.
  • If you ever need a repair, it goes through a little journey of assessment by our independent, certified engineer, who’ll fairly decide if it's covered under warranty.

🛡 Tips to Keep Your E-file Feeling Loved:

  • Love your machine by keeping it clear of dust and debris. A gentle brush after each use, Let’s avoid opening it up for a clean – as this will effect the warranty.
  • Accidents happen, and we understand. But, oopsies like spills, adventurous disassembly, or just the usual wear and tear aren't covered under the warranty. These will need a service (Overhaul) to fix up.

🔄 In Case of Repairs:

  • Sending your E-file off for a repair means a little time apart. We can’t offer a loaner buddy, so having a spare might be a good idea to keep things running smoothly.
  • Make sure your Machine is sent with the NFC card relating to the product this is linked to the machine
